Whether we realize it or not, we all have certain ideas and biases that affect the way we view all of life and reality. A "worldview" is like a set of lenses that slant our vision and alter or filter the way we perceive the world around us. Put another way, your worldview will shape your fundamental assumptions about the meaning of life, truth, love, pain, relationships, and spirituality. In today's society, many people's worldviews have simply formed by what they have absorbed from surrounding cultural influences. Unfortunately, those who don't know what they believe and why are very susceptible to error and confusion.
This topic is part of a broader field of Christian study called "Apologetics" which simply means: defense of the Gospel. Over time we plan to expand our offering of apologetics material and information to aid in understanding and defending the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
