Colossians 3:2 “Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.”

In our fast-paced, demanding world, we often experience feelings of pressure and stress. These feelings occur when the resources available, such as the ability to cope with challenges, do not match the demands of a specific situation. Stress can result from any kind of change—such as in jobs, relationships, finances, or routine. When stress is not coped with effectively, it can interfere with daily activities and relationships, cause or aggravate medical problems, or lead to other problems. One way to limit unnecessary stress is by building a healthy lifestyle through realistic expectations, nutrition, exercise, relaxation, routine, and effective coping skills.
